In Between Horizons is a solo exhibition of abstract, color-driven paintings by Shushanik Karapetyan at Aubergine Cafe, curated by Raluca Anchidin. The work explores transitional states—between light and dark, interior and exterior, containment and release—through shifting portals, softened boundaries, and layered spatialities. Rooted in her background in Gestalt psychotherapy, Shushanik creates intimate yet expansive environments that invite viewers to linger in uncertainty as a generative, shared space rather than a problem to be resolved.
