Noa Bornstein

Noa Bornstein is a New York–based painter and sculptor whose work explores the tension between human intelligence, compassion, and conflict. Born in San Rafael, California, and raised in Los Angeles, she earned her B.A. in Art from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her early murals include Magritte in Los Angeles and Striving Together for the Harlem Rehabilitation Center.

Bornstein’s sculptures have been exhibited at Sculpturesite Gallery, The Walter Randel Gallery, Grounds For Sculpture, and Vital Art Studios, among others. Her bronze Peace Gorilla is currently installed at Kingsland Wildflowers in Brooklyn, and her sculpture Up (There Are No Words) will be featured in the Triennial Sculpture Review at Yonkers Art Center in 2025.
