With over 15 years of experience in strategic marketing, Raluca Anchidin works with artists to amplify their impact and reach. In New York, Anchidin curated several exhibitions that fostered community through shared experiences and creative expression across cultures and artistic disciplines, including ENCHANTED QUEENSDOM, (Surprise!) Bday Party, Art Feast and A Love Letter to New York City. She also launched the Sunnyside Art Walk series, engaging the neighborhood in exploring and supporting the local arts.

Anchidin holds a Master’s degree in Media & Communications from Brunel University, UK, and has a background in advertising and digital media. Her expertise spans positioning, audience engagement, exhibition management, and strategic partnerships.

Paul O’Malley is a Miami-based photographer and writer whose work blends abstraction and documentary. His approach is shaped by a prior career in leadership and marketing, which trained his eye for story, structure, and nuance.

O’Malley is a forward-thinking brand builder and revenue driver with extensive experience leading high-performing, people-first marketing platforms, and is a trusted advisor known for fostering inclusive cultures that promote consistent and authentic communication.

Currently based in Miami, Anchidin and O’Malley founded ankydyn gallery with a desire to champion art and creatives who push boundaries and shape meaningful conversations.
